Seeking volunteers to help organize and build the Irish Club float for the Old Shawnee Days Parade. Some sawing, painting, stapling, etc. required. We like coffee and donuts in the morning and pizza in the afternoon.
This year's theme is "Spotlight on Shawnee." Need creative minds to design and decorate too.
Stick around after the meeting on the 15th of May and let's get this rolling!

Also, as Irish Club Members we have been invited to several other gatherings during this week-long celebration:
1) Sister Cities is at Kites' on Thursday, June 5th from 6-8PM. Please RSVP to Patti at (913) 262-5242 by June 2nd.
2) The German American Club is at the Shawnee Civic Centre on Wednesday, June 11th from 6-8PM. Please RSVP to Kathy at (913) 631-6811 by June 2nd. The German Club will also be holding their monthly meeting at this time.
